Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of Hootin' Marketing services.
Acceptance
By engaging Hootin' Marketing you agree to these terms in full.
Services
We provide the services described in your signed proposal or contract.
Payment
Projects over $1,000 require a 50% deposit. Remaining balance is due before launch unless otherwise agreed. Monthly services automatically renew until canceled. Invoices are due upon receipt unless specified. Late payments accrue 1.5% interest per month. Returned payments incur a $35 fee.
Revisions
Logo design includes 3 rounds. Websites include 2 rounds. Additional revisions are billed hourly.
Ownership
All creative work remains property of Hootin' Marketing until paid in full. Upon final payment ownership transfers to the client except for licensed third party assets.
Cancellation
Monthly services require 30 days written notice. Work already completed is non refundable. Advertising spend already committed cannot be refunded.
