About Hootin' Marketing

A father and son helping small businesses get noticed.

Hootin' Marketing is a family-run agency built on a simple belief: small businesses deserve the kind of marketing that actually helps them grow. We bring together real business experience and modern marketing know-how so the businesses we work with get heard by the people who matter most.

Our Story

It started at the kitchen table.

Growing up, I watched my dad run a successful business. He knew his craft, took care of his customers, and built something real. When he wanted to expand into a new market, the work was ready, the team was ready, but the marketing side was a wall he couldn't quite get past. It wasn't for a lack of effort. It was that no one ever gave him a clear, honest plan for how to get in front of the right people.

That stuck with me. Over the past five years working in marketing, every project I took on brought me back to that memory. I saw the same story play out again and again: talented small business owners doing great work, held back by marketing that either cost too much, promised too much, or made no sense at all.

So I decided to build something different. Today I'm following in my dad's footsteps and starting my own business, only this time we're building it together. He brings decades of real-world experience running a business. I bring the modern marketing side. Together, we help small businesses grow with strategies that actually fit them.

Meet the Team

A father-and-son team.

Two generations, one mission. We combine what actually works in business with what actually works in marketing today.

Founder & Marketing Lead

The Son

Five years in the marketing world, hands on with brand, websites, Google Ads, and the strategy that ties it all together. Passionate about helping small business owners because he grew up inside one.

Co-Founder & Business Advisor

The Dad

Built and ran his own successful business for years. Brings the operator's perspective to every strategy so the marketing we recommend fits the reality of running a business day to day.

Why We Started Hootin' Marketing

For the businesses that get overlooked.

Most small businesses don't need another agency pitching them a fancy retainer. They need someone who will sit down, understand what they're trying to build, and put together a plan that makes sense for where they actually are.

We started Hootin' Marketing to be that team. To take what we lived through, what we've learned, and what we know works, and put it to work for the businesses that quietly do great things in their communities.

If marketing had been easier to figure out back when my dad needed it, his story could have been even bigger. We're making sure the next business owner doesn't have to guess.

Our Mission

Help small businesses grow, reach new customers, and make some noise.

We're here to build long-term relationships with the businesses we work with. Every strategy is built around your goals, your customers, and the story only you can tell. When you grow, we grow. That's the whole idea.

Why Businesses Choose Hootin' Marketing

What sets us apart.

We've been in your shoes

One of us grew up inside a small business. We know what it feels like to pour everything into something and wonder if the right people will ever see it.

Relationships over transactions

You're not a ticket in a queue. We take on a limited number of clients so the people you meet on day one are the same people doing the work.

Built around your goals

Every plan starts with what you're trying to grow, not a template we're trying to sell. If a service doesn't move your business forward, we don't recommend it.

Honest guidance

Straight answers on timelines, budgets, and what marketing can and can't do. No jargon, no smoke, no long contracts to trap you.

Let's talk

Your goals, our playbook. Let's make some noise.

Tell us about your business. We'll put together a plan built around where you are and where you want to go, with no pressure and no obligation.
